Abstract
Using an experimental design during a wine tasting, the study aims to study the composite reaction of the consumer to the information relative to a non conventional wine making method.
Subjects will be allocated to degustation sessions that will be characterised by increased levels of information on the wine making methodology. Tasting descriptors and qualitative assessments will be compared across treatments together with willingness to pay and preferences for visiting the wine producer.

Experimental Design

Experimental Design
The study will implement a between subjects design where treatments will differ in the description of wine making details. In the baseline there will be no detail, the treatment one will have label like information and the treatment 2 will have in addition to the label an oral explanation with further details
Experimental Design Details
Randomization Method
Subjects will be assigned to experimental sessions by choosing randomly between the dates they indicated to be available maintaining a balanced number of participants according to the room size
Sessions will be allocated to the different treatments randomly by pc

Was the treatment clustered?
No
