Abstract
This RCT is conducted with two intervention. The first intervention is focused on understanding how variations in recruitment notice phrasing can impact the participation rates and the demographics of the participants. The second intervention is investigating the effect of team composition, specifically the inclusion or exclusion of employees with disabilities.

Experimental Design

Experimental Design
RCT is conducted with two interventions. The first involves two versions of a training recruitment notice. The second divides teams into two different types of composition during the training. We will compare participation rates, employee characteristics, subjective evaluations of the team, and team performance. Data will be collected through surveys and recording communication during the training.

1: Individual
2: Teams of 5 employees attending workshops.
Was the treatment clustered?
Yes

Experiment Characteristics

Sample size: planned number of clusters
1: 10,000 employees.
2: 24 teams of 5 members in each.
Sample size: planned number of observations
1: 10,000 employees. 2: 120 employees.
Sample size (or number of clusters) by treatment arms
1: 5,000 employees.
2: 12 teams each composed of 1 employee with a disabilities and 4 other members.
