Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of text messaging in increasing fruit and vegetable consumption among Thai university students. The messages will be designed based on the COM-B framework: capability, opportunity, and motivation. Our goal is to identify message types with the greatest potential to induce behavioral change.

Experimental Design

Experimental Design
Sending text message based on the COM-B framework to boost higher fruit and vegetable consumption among Thai university students. 120 participants will be randomized into one of four intervention groups.
Group 1: Opportunity messages
Group 2: Opportunity + capability messages
Group 3: Motivation messages
Group 4: Motivation + capability messages

The experiment will last five weeks, with the first week being no intervention for all groups to collect the baseline consumption level. Week 2-5, participants will receive 3 - 5 messages per week. At the end of each day, participants will fill out a quick survey about fruit and vegetable consumption in each day.
