Our project involves two approaches aimed at understanding and addressing the low take-up rate of the digitally delivered program
among lower-income individuals. The first approach is a comprehensive survey to analyze barriers hindering program access. It includes
investigating issues such as a lack of information on accessing the program, difficulties with platform navigation, and a general lack of
interest among potential beneficiaries. The survey will collect data on specific challenges individuals face in accessing the Desenrola program. The goal is to identify key obstacles and effectively tailor interventions to address these barriers. The second approach is an intervention targeted at a sub-sample of potential beneficiaries. This intervention will provide information on how to access the online platform and about guidance on procedures for viewing and accepting program offers.
