Intervention (Public) All the interventions intend to encourage middle school students to actively sign up for an online mentoring program, which is offered free of charge. Interventions include the following potential strategies. 1. Reference price: emphasize the otherwise market value of mentoring 2. Scarcity appeal: emphasize the limited opportunity for participation 3. Impact summary: provide summerized message on program evaluation of earlier implementation 4. Participant comments: provide comments from participating the program, possibly with/without participants' photo. All the interventions intend to encourage middle school students to actively sign up for an online mentoring program, which is offered free of charge.
