This study is planned to evaluate the efficacy of Progressive Muscular Relaxation in Reducing Psychological Distress and Improving Quality of Life among Nusring Students from Pakistan. study will be conducted in two phases; feasibility trial and main RCT. Feasibility Trial has been done and RCT will be started soon
