Experimental Design

Experimental Design
This project aims to gain a better understanding of the impact of board gender quotas on hiring decisions within affected organizations.
Experimental Design Details
The experiment employs a between-subjects design with two conditions: board gender quota policy (treatment) and no board gender quota policy (control). US-based participants are recruited via CloudResearch's Connect platform. Subjects are instructed to imagine themselves as employees of a fictitious company. The treatment group receives information about board gender quotas, including details on their implementation and rationale within the context of the fictional company they are assigned to.
