Experimental Design

Experimental Design
We randomly increase VAW salience and knowledge in a survey by asking treatment group respondents to answer multiple-choice questions about VAW, while a control group answers multiple-choice questions about the environment. We then study the effects of this treatment on knowledge about VAW and gender attitudes and beliefs.
