Abstract
With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China, communities have gradually become a key unit in the national grassroots governance system. As the most important asset of a family, real estate is not only related to the economic well-being of residents, but may also affect their attention to and willingness to participate in community affairs. This study aims to explore how changes in housing price expectations affect owners' willingness to participate in community governance.
