Abstract
To promote maternal employment, it is important to examine ways of supporting not only the period around childbirth but also longer-term employment continuity. This study conducts an information intervention within a randomized controlled trial (RCT) framework targeting working mothers with preschool-aged children. The study analyzes the effects of the intervention on mothers’ employment intentions, changes in employment status, and preferences regarding the use of childcare services.
