Intervention(s)
The intervention will last for eight weeks. Participants will complete one baseline and one follow-up survey. The treatment will include information on money beliefs, budgeting, precautionary versus emergency savings, retirement savings, and potentially, other relevant topics.

1. Stages of behavior change, including for different types of account ownership (e.g., general savings, retirement savings, checking accounts) and discussions with a financial advisor

2. Financial capability measures such as creating budgets, having automatic savings, spending less than income, having precautionary savings, being able to deal with emergencies/shocks, and managing debt

Given the anticipated relatively limited sample size, we will randomize eligible participants into a treatment or a control group. We will implement a waitlist control group that will receive the treatment after both groups complete the follow up survey.
