Experimental Design

Experimental Design
At baseline, participants complete a survey measuring psychological distress, perceived distress, perceived need for psychological support, and willingness to take action to improve their psychological wellbeing. We will randomly select half of the whole sample and provide feedback about their psychological distress from the PHQ-4 measured at baseline. Feedback will be provided before participants receive access to a wellbeing app.
