Before
In condition control, there is no intervention. In treatment L1, subjects are told that "It has been shown that well led teams are more successful. Hence you should think about who of you will take on this role and continuously motivate the team." In treatment L2, subjects are told that "It has been shown that well led teams are more successful. Hence you should think about who of you will take on this role and coordinate your efforts."

After
In condition control, there is no intervention. In treatment L1, subjects are told that in order to be successful, they are recommended to appoint someone to motivate the team. In treatment L2, subjects are told that they are recommended to appoint someone to coordinate team's efforts.
