We randomly assign 76 unions (located in 76 different upazilas) to treatment and control. In the treatment group, we will provide training on the selection guidelines to all 10 Union Parishad (UP) representatives (1 UP Chairman and 9 UP Members) and the eligibility information card filling to collect data on the elderly in the target group will be carried out by listing officers in 3 out of 9 wards in each union.
