The sub-treatments in Wave 3 include photos of past participants that are randomized to be either of the same academic departments as the respondent, or of different academic departments, in order to exogenously vary the probability that the respondent sees students they personally know. The sub-treatments in Waves 2 and 3 also randomly vary the announced share of past participants who indicated that they have already been vaccinated or plan to vaccinate prior to June 30.
