Experimental Design

Experimental Design
Using an online (laboratory) experiment, we investigate how the amount donated to charity depends on (1) whether the donation is personal or on behalf of a group, (2) whether the donation is anonymous or public (for the individual or the group). We investigate how the willingness to pay to avoid public announcement of a donation depends on whether the donation is personal or on behalf of a group.
