Experimental Design (Public) About 24 000 students from approximately 240 schools face a baseline survey that assesses subjects' specific knowledge and socio-emotional characteristics. Students are randomly selected to get through supplemental online education that aims to boost socio-emotional skills. Before, after the intervention, we will monitor take-up and the teachers will support the students during studies. The intervention ends with an endline survey. We pilot the online courses and other parts of intervention in 3 public schools. About 42,000 students from approximately 195 schools face a baseline survey that assesses subjects' specific knowledge and socio-emotional characteristics. Students are randomly selected to get through supplemental online education that aims to boost socio-emotional skills. Before, after the intervention, we will monitor take-up and the teachers will support the students during their studies. The intervention ends with an end line survey. We pilot the online courses and other parts of intervention in the public schools.

Sample size (or number of clusters) by treatment arms A number of classes assigned to each treatment arm: T1. 600 classes/6 000 students in control T2. 200 classes/2000 students. Intervention (Hidden) We provide intervention to high-school students in Vietnam in the last grades of school (K10, K11, K12). The training builds around light-touch Growth Mindset intervention. We focus on the four main different treatment arms: 1. Online synchronous Growth Mindset training delivered in computer pods in school. 2. Online asynchronous that aims to boost socio-emotional skills and educational outcomes delivered on demand. 3. Offline training that aims to boost socio-emotional skills and educational outcomes delivered in schools. 4. Control group. We provide intervention to high-school students in Vietnam in the last grades of school ( K11). The training builds around light-touch Growth Mindset intervention. We focus on the four main different treatment arms: 1. Offline training that aims to boost socio-emotional skills and educational outcomes delivered in schools. 2. Online synchronous training to boost socio-emotional skills and educational outcomes training delivered in school. 3. Control group.
