Abstract
The purpose of the study is to estimate the impact of an informational treatment aimed at incentivizing the use of a corporate counseling service.
This experiment is part of a survey designed to assess psychosocial risks at work and project interventions to support organizational well-being. The survey is addressed to the employees of a research institute located in the region Trentino Alto Adige.
The informational treatment concerns the widespread of work-related stress and the increasing demand of psychological services.
