Abstract
We will test the impact of plan-making on gym attendance. Treated participants will be asked to make a plan about the date and times during which they will attend the gym. These plans may be synced to their electronic calendars. We will examine the impact of this planning prompt on their subsequent behavior.

Experimental Design

Experimental Design
Treated participants will be asked to make a plan about the date and times during which they will attend the gym. Participants will also be given the option to upload these plans to their electronic calendars. Control participants will simply be asked to fill out their gym attendances over the past two weeks. We will examine the impact of this planning prompt on their subsequent behavior.
Experimental Design Details
The design will also include survey questions designed to measure whether people are regularly make plans and think they will benefit form doing so. We will analyze how behavior varies by responses to these survey questions. We will also analyze
